Suburban housing No.3

The second proposal for a new group of residences for ORVE Group in  a new development in the suburban area of Mérida, Yucatán, Mx.

Homes were to be no more than 1,290 ft² with parking for two cars, a backyard, and the possibility of including a pool.

The buildings would be located on a straight line, separated by lateral circulations.

An important component of the architectural design consisted of the environmental conditioning of the living space through materials and construction elements, considering the extreme climate of the Mexican tropics.
